  2. Complete an Emergency Contact Sheet

  3. Complete a Pre-Plan Worksheet - Upon request the Fire Department Training Department will tour your facility and assist with completing the worksheet and noting areas of importance so that they are aware of them ahead of time.

  4. Install an Easy Access Key Box (RI company) or a Knox Box so in the case of an emergency the Fire Department will not have to break your windows or doors. The Fire Department has a master key so your property damage is minimized.(There may be additional resources available)  You label the keys, attach the box to your building as specified and call to have the keys locked inside.  Locks are keyed by the manufacturer according to the city/town where the box will be installed.
