The Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce is working closely with the U.S. SBA and the local municipalities to gather information from businesses who have experienced flooding or storm related losses from the December 18, 2023 storm. The end date is "ongoing." If enough information is gathered and they meet the threshold Rhode Island may be eligible for an additional Disaster Declaration. Then you may be eligible for assistance.
If you have experienced a loss please complete the simple worksheet, by clicking the LINK. You may find it easier to print it and fill it out by hand. You will need to download it first to complete it on your phone, tablet or computer.
Forms can be emailed to Business@CentralRIchamber.com Please include STORM in the subject line, or delivered to the Central Rhode Island Chamber, 3288 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02886 (There is a silver locked box on the porch where they can be hand-delivered.)
